If you see a conversation that you would like to handle on your own, please follow the steps below so your appointment manager no longer manages that lead for you.
Open the contact record related to the conversation. Your contact record URL will look similar to this:

Within the conversation, find the Opportunity related to the contact record and click View Opportunity.
In the opportunity screen, set the following values and click Update:
Pipeline: Leads
Stage: Manual Review by Customer
This will stop all activity on the lead and move the opportunity to the Manual Review Required section of your Prequalified Call Bookings pipeline.
Now, you can manually handle this lead as you see fit.
