How do I cancel my subscription?
If you like to cancel your subscription please send us a message using the website chat along with your subscription ID and we will assist you with the cancellation request.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes absolutely. We never lock you in to a contract. You can cancel anytime with giving us 30 days notice. There are no cancellation fees either.
What happens If i couldn't give 30 days notice?
If you didn't give us 30 days notice to cancel your subscription, you would need to make a payment to any outstanding invoice(s), and we would consider the due date of your last invoice as the day you have given us 30 days notice. No further invoices will be issued beyond this date.
Prepaid Cloud Data Plans Cancellations
If you purchased a prepaid data extraction plan, there are no cancellations required, as they do not renew monthly.
