Here are answers to some common questions relating to our marketing portal. If you still have questions please feel free to contact us or create a support ticket

  • If a SMS gets sent to a landline does is show up as a bounce?

    The marketing portal won’t say its bounced straight way. It will keep trying to deliver the message until it eventually gives up. This may not cost you credits once its failed to deliver. But it won’t reflect on balance immediately.

  • Will I be issued a new phone number and email address when using your portal services to send and receive text messages and emails?

    Y
    ou will need to purchase a new sender ID phone number to send SMS's. You can’t send a message from a number that you already own.

  • Do I get charged for only when sending text messages and emails?
    Yes. You only get charged when your sending SMS's and emails. Receiving is free.

  • What are the costs for sending messages?
