- If a SMS gets sent to a landline does is show up as a bounce?
The marketing portal won’t say its bounced straight way. It will keep trying to deliver the message until it eventually gives up. This may not cost you credits once its failed to deliver. But it won’t reflect on balance immediately.
- Will I be issued a new phone number and email address when using your portal services to send and receive text messages and emails?
You will need to purchase a new sender ID phone number to send SMS's. You can’t send a message from a number that you already own.
