If you have signed up for our cloud portal and wish to change your registered email address please follow the steps below
Sign into the portal using your current email address and password
Once logged in click on the arrow next to your name in the top right corner and select account details from the drop down list
Click on 'Change Email' in the security section on the left. Once the page has loaded enter in the new email address you wish to use then click 'Change and Confirm Email'
You will then be shown a screen confirming your new email address and a confirmation email will be sent to your new email address
Open the email we sent you and click the link to confirm the new email address registration
You will then be taken to confirmation screen and you are all done
