Should you wish to create a support ticked please follow the steps below.

  1. Send us an email on [email protected]

  2. Email Subject : New Support Request

  3. Email Content : Make sure to copy the following template and modify accordingly


Hi

I wish to create a new support ticket

Description: {Please explain what the problem is or what you require help with}

Ticket Type : {Please enter either Sales, Support or other depending on your issue}

Thank You
