Disabling Opt-Out Message for SMS

If you are managing your opt-out process with an automated workflow, it can be beneficial to disable the automatic opt-out message at the end of SMS messages. To achieve this, follow the steps outlined below.

  1. Click Settings on the bottom left hand corner
    ​

  2. Click Phone Numbers -> Advanced Settings -> SMS Compliance
    ​

  3. Untick the Following 2 check boxes.

    1. Make SMS compliant by adding an opt out message.

    2. Make SMS compliant by adding a sender information
      ​

  4. Repeast the following steps for each of the above options.
    ​

    1. Check the tick boxes of the confirmation message and click Disable
      ​

    2. Type Confirm to proceed with the changes
      ​
